How this one is built
Top layer hide
We selected a supple top-layer cowhide for this build. The beige finish shows a subtle natural grain that resists scuffing from routine use and wipes down with a dry cotton cloth.
Divided interior layout
Inside, dark brown polyester lining divides the main room into two open sections split by a central zip divider. You also get one zippered wall pocket, two open slip slots, and a rear outer zip.
Handles and shoulder strap
The tubular top handles have a 7.48 inch drop for carrying by hand. When you need both hands clear, clip on the long shoulder strap, which adjusts along peg holes from 45.66 to 51.57 inches.
Silver metal hardware
We fitted the bag with silver-toned metal zips and swiveling dog clips. The teeth run smoothly along the main track, and the metal feet on the bottom panel protect the pale leather from dirty tabletops.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 13″ by 10.6″ across the face and 4.3″ deep, it comes to about 597 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 13-inch laptop, sheet of A4 or letter paper, 11-inch tablet, water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
