Rules of the catalogue

Plain terms for reading a catalogue. Nothing here is a sales contract, because the sale does not happen on this site.

What this site is

A catalogue of bags we make, with measurements, photographs and prices read from the listings that sell them. Reading it is what it is for. Buying happens elsewhere, and the contract of sale is between you and the retailer.

Accuracy

We take the measurements ourselves and check them, but a typed number can still be a typed number, and a listing can change after we build a page. Prices and availability go stale between rebuilds. Where our card and the live listing disagree, the listing is right.

Our material

The photographs, the text and the layout here are ours. Quote a line with a link back if it is useful to you; do not lift the catalogue wholesale, and do not republish the photographs as your own product shots.

Links to our listings are commissioned, which is set out on the paid links page. We are not responsible for what the destination site does, and its terms apply once you are on it.

Limits

The site is offered as it is. We cannot promise it is available every minute, and we are not liable for a decision made on a stale price or an out-of-date listing. For anything concerning an order, the retailer’s terms are the ones that govern it.
