What to send

A measurement you want checked, a shape you cannot decide between, a question about how a hide will wear, a mistake you have spotted on a card. Errors are the most useful thing you can send us: this site has 152 cards on it and every number on them was typed by somebody.

What we cannot do from here

Anything to do with an order. We cannot look one up, change an address, chase a parcel or start a return, because the order lives with our retail partner and not with us. Those go through your account with them.

How long we take

Usually a day or two on a weekday. If a question needs a bag taken off the shelf and measured again, longer, and we will say so rather than guess at you.
