Buying, posting and sending back

Buying happens at our retail partner, not here. This page explains where the handover is, so you know who to ask when something needs asking.

Every buy button on this site opens our listing at the retailer that stocks us. From the moment it opens you are in their shop, under their terms, paying them. We do not run a basket, we do not take card details and we never see your address.

Delivery

Delivery times, carriers and postage are set by our retail partner and shown at their checkout before you pay. They change with your address and with the account you are signed into, so any figure we printed here would be wrong for most readers. Read it at the checkout, where it is the actual one.

If you want to send one back

Returns are theirs too. The window, the condition they expect the bag in, who pays the postage and how the money comes back are all set out in their return policy, and the return is started from your order in their account, not from this site. We cannot open, track or hurry one along.
