How this one is built
Top-layer hide
We selected a top-layer cowhide that feels smooth yet firm enough to hold structure. The grey shade stays neutral in bright daylight and pairs easily with dark wool coats or pale cottons.
Split interior layout
Inside, dark brown polyester lining divides the space into workable sections. A central zip divider splits the main cavity, flanked by two open slip slots, an interior zip wall pocket, and an exterior back zip pocket.
Handles and strap
The twin leather top handles have a 7.48 inch drop for hand carry. When you need your hands free, clip on the detachable strap, which adjusts along peg holes from 45.66 to 51.57 inches.
Silver tone hardware
We fitted the bag with silver tone metal hardware, from the strap dog-clips to the main top zip. The zips pull smoothly across the seams without snagging the lining.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 13″ by 10.6″ across the face and 4.3″ deep, it comes to about 597 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 13-inch laptop, sheet of A4 or letter paper, 11-inch tablet, water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
