How this one is built
Top-layer hide
We select top-layer cowhide for this cut. The surface is smooth to the touch, accepts daily handling, and cleans up with a dry cloth. The light blue shade pairs cleanly with natural canvas, grey wool, or dark denim.
Interior layout
Inside, dark brown polyester lining splits into two main sections separated by a central zipped divider. We stitched two open slip pockets into one wall and a smaller zipped security pocket into the opposite side for quick access.
Silver hardware
A solid top metal zip closes the main compartment fully. We set four polished silver feet into the base leather to keep the bottom clear of wet tables, alongside sturdy matching swivel clasps on the carry points.
Detachable shoulder strap
The hide strap adjusts from 45.27 to 51.57 inches long. Clip it onto the side rings for shoulder wear, or unclip it entirely to carry the bag strictly by the dual rolled leather top handles.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 12.6″ by 9.4″ across the face and 5.5″ deep, it comes to about 651 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 13-inch laptop, sheet of A4 or letter paper, 11-inch tablet, water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
