How this one is built
Top-layer cowhide finish
We select supple top-layer hide dyed in an earthy sorrel shade. The grain takes daily handling without losing its structure, and the surface wipes down clean with a dry cloth whenever needed.
Divided interior layout
Inside our dark brown polyester lining, two main open sections sit on either side of a centered zip divider pocket. One sidewall holds a zipped pocket, and the opposite wall carries two slip pockets.
Silver-tone metal hardware
The base rests on metal feet to keep the bottom leather off dirty surfaces. Solid silver-tone hardware secures the dual grab handles, and the main teeth run smooth across the top opening.
Detachable shoulder strap
You can carry it by the twin leather handles or clip on the long strap. It adjusts from 45.27 to 51.57 inches long so you can switch between shoulder carry and a cross-body drop.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 12.6″ by 9.4″ across the face and 5.5″ deep, it comes to about 651 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 13-inch laptop, sheet of A4 or letter paper, 11-inch tablet, water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
