How this one is built
Top-grain khaki hide
We chose a supple top-grain cowhide with a light pebble grain that softens over months of wear. The khaki dye runs deep into the grain, so small surface scratches buff out with a dry cloth.
Divided interior layout
Inside, a central zipper pocket splits the main cavity into two open sections. We added one large slip pocket on one wall and two smaller open pockets on the other to keep keys and phones off the bottom.
Dual carry options
The fixed top handles have a 4.33 inch drop for carrying in the hand. For cross-body wear, clip on the long leather strap, which adjusts along peg holes from 45.66 to 51.57 inches.
Base studs and tassel
Four metal feet protect the bottom panel from dirt when you set the bag down on rough counters. A matched leather tassel hangs from the front handle loop for a bit of movement.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 12.5″ by 8.2″ across the face and 5.5″ deep, it comes to about 558 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 11-inch tablet, long wallet and a phone.
