How this one is built
Vegetable-tanned brown hide
We chose soft vegetable-tanned genuine leather for this build. The brown tone hides light scuffs well and darkens slightly at the high-friction edges over time. A quick wipe with a clean dry cloth keeps the surface supple.
Secure pocket layout
Two main zip sections divide your daily essentials. Inside the front compartment, five dedicated card slots incorporate RFID-blocking fabric to shield your cards, backed by an interior zip sleeve and an open slip pocket for folded bills or receipts.
Exterior access and hardware
A small zip pocket sits on the front face alongside an open pocket secured by a metal hook buckle. Around the back, a flat zippered pocket rests flat against your ribs to keep a phone or passport out of reach.
Adjustable reversible strap
The webbing and leather strap adjusts from 24.8 to 44.4 inches end to end. Swiveling clasps clip to either lower D-ring on the base, allowing you to sling the pack across the left or right shoulder without twisting.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 6.5″ by 10.3″ across the face and 3.1″ deep, it comes to about 207 cubic inches inside. That is enough for water bottle standing upright.
