We cut this upright shape from vegetable-tanned cowhide in deep coffee, measuring 7 inches long, 3.9 inches deep, and 7.8 inches tall. The dark brown tone hides surface scuffs easily and builds a soft sheen with daily handling. Inside, a light microsuede lining makes keys and small items easy to locate against the dark leather walls.

How this one is built
Security and exterior wallet
The main zip secures with an anti-theft latch to deter hands in crowded stations. Behind a front magnetic flap sits an RFID-shielded organizer with ten slots, holding payment cards and identification securely away from scanners.
Lining and pocket layout
Inside, a central divider zip pocket splits the interior into two main spaces, flanked by a slip pocket and a wall zip. The rear exterior face holds another zippered pocket for boarding passes or transit cards.
Two swappable shoulder straps
We pack two distinct straps with this build. One is an adjustable leather strap, and the second is a wide woven strap that adjusts from 34.6 to 59 inches end to end to rest flat across the shoulder.
Vegetable tanned coffee hide
The vegetable-tanned hide weighs 1.08 pounds empty and keeps its upright form even when underfilled. Sunlight and skin oils will darken the coffee finish naturally over time, softening the leather without weakening the frame.
Carrying it
A long drop that puts the bag past the hip bone. At 7″ by 7.8″ across the face and 3.9″ deep, it comes to about 213 cubic inches inside. That is a pocket bag, not a work bag.
