How this one is built
Top layer hide
We selected top-layer cowhide for a supple grain that resists creasing. The sorrel dye takes deeply into the pores, while silver-toned metal fittings add clean contrast along the handle anchors and zip line.
Interior partition layout
The main compartment is lined in durable polyester. Inside, we set one wide zippered security pocket against the back wall and two open drop slots on the opposite side for quick grab items like keys and pens.
Twin handles and strap
The twin grab handles have a fixed drop of 3.9 inches for hand carry. When you need both hands clear, clip on the long strap, which adjusts along peg holes from 46.41 to 51.85 inches end to end.
Base and proportions
A 5.4 inch depth gives this bag a wide footprint that stays steady on a flat desk. Even when packed with a wallet, reader, and pouch, the upper metal zip pulls shut across the top without strain.
