How this one is built
Vegetable tanned hide
We selected full-bodied vegetable tanned cowhide for this build. The wine finish has a mellow sheen that hides small scuffs well, softening along the edges as you carry it.
Three zip compartments
Three separate top zippers divide the interior. Inside, you find an extra zip wall pocket and two open slip pockets, plus a quick-access zipped pocket on the back face.
Detachable shoulder strap
The matching leather strap adjusts from a 19.41-inch drop to a 23.5-inch drop. It clips off completely if you prefer to carry the bag by hand or pack it flat.
Solid metal hardware
We fitted solid metal pulls, buckles, and clips across the bag. The teeth run smoothly without snagging the lining, and the base remains steady under ordinary daily weight.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 9.3″ by 10.5″ across the face and 3.2″ deep, it comes to about 312 cubic inches inside. That is enough for water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
