How this one is built
Top-grain black hide
We select cowhide with an even grain across the main panels. The black finish resists visible scuffing from work surfaces and takes a light buffing with a soft cloth to restore its sheen.
Structured interior layout
Inside, smooth polyester lining encloses one slip slot alongside two distinct zip pockets. The central volume accepts an A4 folder or a 12.9-inch tablet, while small items remain organized against the interior walls.
Adjustable shoulder strap
The matching hide strap clips onto side rings and adjusts between 22.5 and 25.7 inches of drop. You can sling it across the chest or detach it to carry the bag by the tubular top handles.
Secure back pocket
An exterior zip pocket sits flat against the rear panel to hold keys or a phone against your body. The metal zip pulls smoothly along the top teeth without catching on the leather edge.
Carrying it
The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 13.4″ by 9.4″ across the face and 5.7″ deep, it comes to about 717 cubic inches inside. That is enough for 13-inch laptop, sheet of A4 or letter paper, 11-inch tablet, water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
