How this one is built

Top-layer black cowhide

The black hide has a tight grain that takes daily handling without showing small scratches. It softens where your hand hits it, but the overall structure stays upright when the compartments are packed full.

Three main compartments

We built three separate zip sections across the top, backed by an outer rear zip pocket. Inside, you get two open slots and a secure interior zip wall for smaller items, all lined with coffee-toned fabric.

Adjustable shoulder strap

The detachable leather strap adjusts from a 21.8-inch drop to 24.4 inches. You can punch extra holes along the length if you prefer to carry the bag higher on your hip.

Solid metal hardware

Every zip runner, clasp, and buckle uses solid metal hardware finished to resist sticking. The pulls are long enough to grip easily, even while walking.

Carrying it

The bag sits at the hip. This is where most of ours land. At 9.3″ by 10.5″ across the face and 3.2″ deep, it comes to about 312 cubic inches inside. That is enough for water bottle standing upright, long wallet and a phone.
